This course is designed for both Tasting Room Associates and Tasting Room Managers tasked with achieving winery Sales objectives.

Tasting Room team members need to be both Hospitality Ambassadors AND Inside Sales Reps.  Just creating wonderful experiences for visitors isn’t enough. The Tasting Room team must also help the winery achieve it’s topline financial goals.  The Tasting Room Sales Training Workshop shows Tasting Room team members how to sell while at the same time how to be great brand ambassadors.

Our workshop differs from the other thanks to the workshop facilitator, Dave Pollock, who is not only the President of The Carleton Group but also has two decades of experience selling in a variety of industries, products, and distribution channels.  He was a million-dollar sales rep in his own company.  Relevant examples taken from outside the wine industry are what make the course so practical and memorable.

 

The workshop is held at the winery site and may be taught to groups ranging in size from 1 to 20.  Included in the workshop is:

* ½ day group instruction for Tasting Room Associates
* ½ day one-on-one instruction for the Tasting Room Manager
* 1 month of weekly follow-up with the Tasting Room Manager via phone
* All workshop materials
* Certificate of Completion for each participant
